Everybody loves fair foods. I thought it would be great to have a recipe book for corn dogs and funnel cakes, but there is SO much more in this one. Delectable treats that I have never personally come across at a fair but have only heard myths of their existence. I'm looking forward at working my way through this entire book! The recipes are organized and easy to read, with serving sizes and estimated time to complete each. I especially appreciate the helpful tips that are included to make sure the recipes are a success! If you have a foodie friend that loves fair foods, this is a unique and fun gift!

If you have a favorite fair food no doubt the recipe for it is in this cookbook. My two oldies but goodies...corndogs and elephant ears were. There are lots of fried eats and treats, delicious meats, frozen treats and even drink recipes. This cookbook is full of fun recipes that are easy to make and don't require special equipment. I can't eat this food every day, but I am looking forward to making many of the recipes with the grandkids.

This is truly a must have cookbook if you like fair food. Most of the recipes only take just a few minutes to prepare. The instructions make it simple. The ones not quick involve roasting meat. I can’t wait to try some of these. I already made a couple. Great ideas for entertaining drinks, food, and desserts. Good job Jake
